Daily Links: Guess Who’s Back
Posted on July 4th, 2009 by Corey Griffin
Did you miss me? I missed you! Really. Honestly. You’re all I thought about all weekend. Well that and $8 beers. But that’s all water under the bridge.. Let’s get at it… Oh and FYI, tomorrow might be a late start, today being a holiday and all. And by might, I mean will.
- That new UFL? Yeah, they’d consider signing Mr. Vick — you know, as long as he’s not in trouble.
- The Dolphins have a new CEO. Hopefully he doesn’t talk as much as some of his players.
- Unlike Jets players (who seemed to support the idea), Bears LB Brian Urlacher is surprised the Bears would chase Plax.
- Don’t expect the Wildcat to go anywhere.
- Not sure if you guys heard this, but Calvin Pace’s suspension opens the door for a maybe 1st round bust.
- 10 QB battles to watch and the Jets are #3. Really, someone wants to watch Kellen Clemens?
- JetsNation talks PSL’s for you season ticket holders out there being bent over your seat.

ghoulston will be preped and servicable for the upcomming year.
welcome back! get to work!
Interesting and informative PSL article. It’s convinced me of what I’ve believed all along. Once the new stadium opens, 8 games a season won’t be on TV.
I can’t imagine going back to the days of my youth, when I listened to Titan games on the radio.
It’s bad enough I was priced out of the season tickets I held for 20+ years. But following the Jets on the radio might be more than I, or many other fans, can bear. I just don’t know.
The PSL article is a must read and just shows everyone: (1) what a bad investment PSL fees are and (2) how greedy Woody is and his lack of concern for JETS fans.
Having games blacked out will be a PR nightmare for Woody, but my guess now is that it will be 50/50 that games are blacked out. In that case, I will become an Eagles fan.
