Does anyone know how to get sacks per pass attempted and sacks per completion of over ten yards (not including YAC)?
It seems to me that sacks per game or per season are meaningless. If one team throws the ball 50 times a game and another throws it for 30 times a game and they both have the same sacks per game, one team’s OL is clearly better.
Similarly, if one team thows a lot of Chad-like dump offs and another completes passes that at a minimum are designed to get first downs or more (i.e., without YAC go at least ten yards), but both have the same sacks per game, the latter OL is better.
So, if anyone has or knows where to find those stats….

What people have to remember about the Jets O-line is that, last season was their first, playing together. It makes a big difference, when a line has time together, to learn each others’ moves. They will be that much better, this year. As for everyone worrying about injuries, they can happen to any team.
In addition, I think they could have been even better, last year, if Schottenheimer had a clue. Passing the ball in the rain, throwing the ball on third and one (with the division leading rusher in the backfield and an all-pro fullback leading the way), play calling that was so obvious (my fourteen year old son knew what was coming), etc…
