Hey all –

I’m here in Cortland! A few quick notes –

- Bent — Found the grave of the Leather Man in Ossining, also saw the Cardiff Giant. Got pics to post to my site.

- Steve — I left the QBs off on purpose because every story you read has already covered it in depth, and probably much better than I could. If you’re unfamiliar with my work here, I usually come at things from unusual angles, so just trying to have a little fun and mix it up a bit. I’ll be watching Sanchez and Clemens plenty, though.

- John — I have a list of CT legends and hauntings to write about for that site, and the Frog People are on the list! Thanks!

- Tom — Thanks for the tip! Will try to get there. ..

- Sarah — I’m staying right on Rte. 281 and getting hungry right about now, so maybe it’s time to go check Bob’s! I love BBQ!

Head to Bob’s BBQ on 281 N instead of the trip to Syracuse. It’s closer, and just as good if not better. The atmosphere however, at Dinosaur is better

for over 40 years we have been the only team in our division not to get back to the big party. ( the cardinals have for god’s sake). i live in ct. so i have had to endure giant and patriot fans and a two hour drive on game day. this mediocrity has got to end. the laws of mathematics have to be on our side by now. if sanchez is the real deal, we should be in good shape finally. that is the most important question facing this franchise. if not, i’m sticking my head in our oven. by the way R, has your friend ever heard of the frog people from bethel? a true connecticut legend.

or maybe the qb battle is such an obvious one he left it out. im sure hoping to find a punter that wont shank a punt in a close game against new england for a change
