Cotchery, Keller, and Stuckey will be solid between the 20's, but the Jets still need a big, red-zone target like Edwards or Marshall to compete with the elite.
Good enough will only be good enough against the average teams.

Clowney was cut from Green Bay for that reason, but yes, R in CT covered the first few practices for us and witnessed that with his own eyes. Since then most camp reports have been reinforcing what he said.

I expect he'll make some big plays, possibly more than Stuckey, but Stuckey will get more playing time because he is more reliable.

We'll see what happens once the games start.

Cakeboy - Urrutia has not had much of a shot with the first or second unit yet, but they seem to be rotating guys, so maybe he'll get his shot. So far, he hasn't made much of an impact in camp.

R in CT,
Just curious how Clowney is way to inconsistent and drops passes? You watching every practice this year or something cause how many times has clowney played where he is dropping all these passes?

Good day to you too, dakar...

see? I can be civil sometimes...

...DAMMIT !

:-)

Agree with Pdubbs, The Jets have more proven commodities at WR than the Giants, Bears and Titans. Let's all relax and see how it all shakes out.

Matt Jones has done plenty of coke. He is a pro athlete who can get it whenever.... no once or twice biz.

Our WRs will be fine. There have been plenty of teams with worse options in the previous seasons and have been fine. We few have plenty of options and really the ball should only go to Leon or Keller.

im sick and tired of reading of mostly every1s panicing of our WRs not being good enough...i think you guys are getting to carried away with we need a #1 WR...cotch isnt an elite # 1 but is better than any # 2 out there...keller is gonna be a beast as our TE...FROM WHAT I SAW FROM STUCK LAST year he will amaze all of us this year...the only reason you guys dont feel safe with him is becuz of that idiot mangini put him in his dog house...and for what...doing good as farve's early favorite target...he catches everything in arms length...i mean...enough is enough...the horse is dead and your all still kicking it...

as for our QBs...i never saw as much hatred towards a player as i have read here towards KC...I NEVER SAW PEOPLE WANT A GUY TO FAIL AT LIFE AS I HAVE HERE...godbless...give the guy a chance...this little bi.ch sanchez hasn't even played a game and most of you want him to start...no thanks but i'll take my chances with KC...AND HE WILL PROVE ALL YOU DOUBTERS WRONG...

all i have been reading is give sanchez a good running game and he'll do good...well wouldn't the same be true for KC...im a diehard jets fan my whole life...but im gonna laugh my asss off if sanchez is a bust just like his boy lienart...wether you like them or not...these are just my thoughts...have a good day...
