On if he is curious to see Michael Vick back…
Not really. He is one of the most exciting players in the league. I don’t want to play against him. I’m not happy to see him in that aspect. But, I am happy to see him back on the field and that he is getting a chance to play again.
On if the option and the wildcat is difficult to handle…
It just gives you something else to play around with and stay up to study longer for. It always gives defenses a challenge just because of the aspects of doing it. It’s something extra that you have to study at the end of the day.
Lito Sheppard
On seeing some of his former teammates in Thursday’s game against the Eagles…
I still talk to a lot of them. They can’t wait to get up here and I will probably holler at them. It’s going to be fun. Luckily, it is not a real game, but it is going to be fun to see them.
On if there are any communication issues with the defense…
It’s about being on the same page. We had a couple of breakdowns on a couple of deep balls throughout the game, but it’s something that we have to work on as a defense. That is what you work on. A lot of it is that we didn’t game-plan so we are just running base coverages. It’s just about working and preparing for the regular season.
On playing against Philadelphia…
Truthfully, it’s giving me the opportunity to establish myself, considering what I went through in Philadelphia. I play corner. I am expecting that every time we line up, the ball will come out there. I’m not worried about how many times they throw to my side or not. I am worried about lining up and playing the best that I can. If they throw 80 balls over there then I get 80 balls coming my way.
if you get 80 balls your way then its going to be a long day.
