But he shows a knack for undervaluing draft picks which is one of the fatal mistakes that franchises make. If you show me a team that constantly wheels and deals its picks, i will show you a team that consistently does not make the playoff. Considering salary cap limitations, a team needs to be able to find and develop late round talent, have a number of quality high round picks, and sign good complimentary FAs. Mr. T has been 50/50 on all those. He tends to throw away later round picks, making it hard to find late round talent. Yeah, I know, I know, Dwight Lowery. But who else? The Shonn Greene trade up was a perfect storm of wastefulness, and that's where we may have found our Marques Cholston or Brandon Marshall. He's brought in some good FAs and done some good trades. But why he's looking past Matt Jones I just don't understand. He's made some good moves in the high rounds. The Revis trade was unnecessary, so was the Harris trade. VG was a bad pick.
