Film Room: You Got Knocked The …

I think that’s called a “Deebo” (NSFW language)
The quality is not great, but if you missed this play, then you missed one of the best moments of the game. Sadly for the Texans Center, this was not the only time Jenkins did this to him.

I mentioned this during the game thread but after I saw this play (while hearing Simms gush over it) I was so fired up……..My wife asked me what happened and why was i so excited. I then showed her……( I was Big Jenks) and (She was the Texans center) It was a moment to remember. She is still not very happy with me….lol
I want that put on a continuous loop and to be on the Jets home page!
AWESOME! Just awesome.
I’M THE JUGGERNAUT B@#$#!!!!!!!!!!!!
Someone should dubb this over w/ the old school Godzilla roar.
Does anyone have a link to the bart scott hit on Schaub?… Basically at the beginning of the game… he slammed him so hard on that play and really set the tone for this defense.
Stop at it at :26 seconds.
That is one of the scariest things you’ll ever see.
A huge 300+ pounder coming right at you
i love when the announcer goes whoa!!
This patriotism is starting to get tired. the Raiders score on a play Just like the one that the Pats won the game on but the Difference is that the Raiders catch is ruled incomplete,go figure. Mybe im wrong but they get way too much of this BS.
Good thing for us, they just looked like a good team. Nothing special. seymor will make a hugh difference.
Raiders shoulda won if it wasnt for the coach not telling Makelvin not to run the ball out on that kickoff(cant blame and idiot thats not prepared) Raiders still make the playoffs.
knocked over a 280 lb center…. left-handed.
If anyone saw Big Jinx on Sports Science (or whatever it’s called) he basically treated a 5′8 160 pound tv host the same way he did a 6′4 295 pound starting NFL center. Simply stunning.
i believe that was more technique then power. jenkins leaned right, forcing the center to lean right, and then jenkins used his left arm to push the center to the right.
Nice!
Wow who know Kris Jenkins was a Adam Sandler fan….. Because this clip looks like a scene out of the movie the water boy…. (See below)

Let’s take a look at the way Boucher entered the Hawkeyes’ last drive.
Here we see Boucher instantly penetratin’ the pocket. [Grunting]
There’s a lot of pain and shame in those eyes. Friends, it’s all over.
- [Man] My leg!
- Wow, that is a disturbing image.
Difficult to watch, Chris. [Exhales]
Whoo! My God!
Gonna kick some names and take some ass!
Bobby!

What we saw was a perfectly executed “club” move, which was Strahan’s preferred pass rushing move. Yes, you get the OL off-balance and “club” him. Now, after watching Big Jenks do it, my question is WHY CAN’T GHOLSTON DO IT?!? Because of Gholston’s speed, he should get OT’s leaning, then with his power, use the “club.” Please VG, talk to Big Jenks, look at his tape and realize that with your strength and speed, you could club aside many LT’s. Then, watch tape of Dwight Freeney and look at the “spin” move or just get tape of the “Sack Exchange” because Klecko and Gastineau could do all the pass-rushing moves (club, spin, edge, bull, swim, etc.) Right now, all I’ve seen VG do is drive the LT back to the QB (a bull rush without shedding the blocker). But, if he drove the LT deep, then spun, he’d get sacks. It’s so frustrating watching all that power and speed go to waste.
Me: “Hey Kris! Let’s go Center Tipping tonight!”
Kris: “OK, cool! Let’s go!”
I can just watch that clip over and over and over…
Just as Aaron Glenn never could live down Mariino’s “spike that wasn’t” right in front of him, does anyone in the NFL or the press ever again pass on Chris Meyers’ part in the Kris Jenkins Center Tipping incident? Is Meyers’ etched in infamy?
RAWWRR!!!
aka drew…
lemme guess… the “rewind” button on the remote was inop, so you just “had to show her” what happened???
T I M
Pats are game-planning as we speak.
Brady rolling out, throwing to Moss –
– with all 9 others guys hanging onto Jenkins, trying to slow him down.
Actually, the best part of watching Jenkins Sunday was at the end, on SNY’s post-game coverage (after waiting like hours for the post-game coverage of yet another dull Mets loss), where Kris was whining! His feelings were hurt. He was laughing but said that Schaub spoiled all their fun all day because he kept getting the ball away too fast. His face was positively beaming over the thought of what-might-have-been had Schaub only had a slightly slower release.
Now, THAT would be the clip that keeps Brady awake all this week.
Iron Horse
I could have just waited for the replay or rewinded the DVR but i thought a demonstration would really drive home the point of how impressive it was. lol
New dance crazy sensation?
The Big Jinx Bear Maul!
You look at the last replay, and Jenks gets up to Schaub FAST!
Can you imagine the view from behind Jenks? Schaub’s eyes must have looked like the Lincoln tunnel, and I swear if I turn the sound up loud you can hear Schaub scream ” HOLY SH…(smack)”
Kris Jenkins = spectacular.
He is one of the best DT’s of the past decade!! An absolute beast amongst men!
that is some serious beasting going on. OMFG

My internet has been out of commission for a while so bear with me as I drop my comments from the game the other day.
I’ve got 3 observations. Mark Sanchez looked amazing. He’s got the moxy. Didn’t I tell you guys about this guy? Didn’t I tell you? I did tell you didn’t I?
The WR corp looked pretty good. Not super bowl caliber, but they looked good. They were more much more than adequate. Still, the Jets were playing the Texans. So still, get Matt Jones.
The defense looked just like the Ravens. IT made me giddy.
Dude! Kris Jenkins. Dude!
