This is the game. I think the Jets explode. Sanchez has no weather problems out there. I thought Buffalo would be trouble(they always are) but this is the week the Jets show their true soul.

Rex’s experience lies in defense. I’m sure the offense and special teams stuff isn’t his specialty, and will be something he picks up over time.
He’s very open minded and team oriented. He respects his players and coaches and actually treats them as men. He just might value the input of others…
He’s not a stubborn control freak who lacks emotion.

You truly are just ignorant and took the whole “icing the kicker” out of context. Its obvious that you have never been on a sideline in any type of football game. Coaches communicate with each other.If thats your knock on Rex, you should come back with a better argument

The haters can say what they want about Rex and Bart Scott and how they talk too much, but when they lose they stand up like men and own it. They dont make excuses or mince words like the Robot did. Im pissed at what has been going down the past few weeks, but I still respect the hell out of these guys, win or lose, which is more I could say for Mangini…

the reason for him asking his “special teams coach” (westhoff) is because that what his expertise is in…. i am assuming this is why u pay assistant coaches….but idk that might be to complicated for you

Loved the Rex wired up. I think Vegas took down the odds for the Jets being on HBO’s Hard Knocks next season. It’s great to see a coach as fired up as the players on the sidelines too.
If the play on the field reflects his words we will destroy Oakland.
