OK, I don’t get it.
Just saw the report that Rex is sitting Murrell and Digs for a game for punching a Bill to start OT. Wowie, zowie, that’s some harsh punishment. Is desert included with that?
This puts helping your team lose an important game at a critical juncture by completely losing your professional cool on the same plane as a reserve moping about, whining about his playing time during the week with a cell phone in his hand.
This is Rex being a tough guy? Lessee here, I remember, if “you hit one of our guys, we’ll hit two of yours.” Umm, does this mean that since two of our guys hit one of their guys that four of their guys get to hit three of our guys? It’s all very confusing…

Nice damage control, Kerry.

Rhodes is getting to be the movie star he allways wanted to be. Dudes a freak of nature and i thought this would be a great season for him but im tired of seeing him talking with his mouth at this point. All jets should be under a rock until they prove something at season end.
we killed guys for saying the jets were anything but perfect, at this point we might look like fools and accept the same old jets mantra.

Mr. Kerry Rhodes YOU HAVE NO IDEA what is about to happen to REX RYAN and the JETS. You should keep your head down and be humble!!
-
Kerry is trailing only the dude in Colorado who said his kid was in a runaway balloon in being the biggest phony ever.
If our season goes south, I hope we replace him with Eric Berry. Could you imagine Rex coaching a real Safety, and how good our D would be?
Go JETS!!!!!

I can’t believe the hatred being spewed here toward our great safety. Kerry Rhodes is an excellent player, so for those of you who are disapointed that you havent seen him tallying up sacks and interceptions let me ask you this; how often do you see Kerry Rhodes making a mistake in coverage, or getting beat? The answer is NEVER. He is excellent in coverage, the sacks and interceptions will come.
Dont hate, participate.

He let Ted Ginn go for a long TD. He watches a lot of tackles. He talks a good game.
Anymore?
-
Revis “let” Ted Ginn go for a long TD too. Are we gonna start hating on Revis now too?
I made my point, Rhodes is an elite player and i’ll continue to root for him.
-
Revis is elite, Rhodes is not.

My Question Why didn’t Rex Ryan got for it? Your 4 and 2 from your own goal line your down 13-10 I think it was. All the Fans was yelling Go For Its. Rex Ryan called timeout you come back in and Sanchez called out a hard nap count with I heard from where I was seating and of cause it didn’t work. Thomas Jones had his best day ever in running the ball. Why wouldn’t Rex Ryan trust his own RB’s IN getting a TD on that played? Same Old Jets Same old played calls. John from NJ

overrated! SSHHHHH! Kerry

I know Bassett likes Hollywood, but he is frankly over-rated. He had one good season and frankly has rested on his laurels. He needs to show up on Sunday and forgot SNY and other distractions.

If Rhodes would watch more films of the up coming opponent rather than films of himself and worried more about who he will be facing this weak instead of what he will be talking about this weak; Than Maybe, Just Maybe, he could be the impact player he once was. Untill than he is just an average player who likes to run his mouth.
The only interview worth watching was Jenkins and he is out . The other two player who have earned the right to open their mouth so far is Revis and Harris (instead of Rhodes and Scott).

The whole contract-with-a-TV-outlet-for-the-year thing makes for softball toss like this.
When you have to deal with this guy all through the season, how can you look at him and say, “Man, you’re not showing up this year. What’s up with you?”
Which is, of course, what the world is waiting — in vain — for you to ask him.
