There are plenty of candidate on the roster, I would start with Cole and Carroll, as some have said it should be non-essential personnel. Woodhead will be on IR after one game running full steam into NFL quality special teams players, sorry, he is not an option. He's smaller, goes down on first contact a lot more frequently, and lacks Leon's experience. Woodhead could be good, but he could also be nothing more than a practice squad player. To say you're happy that the Jets lost one of their only home-run threats and a exemplary citizen is just wrong. I've been clamoring for more Shonn Greene, but at TJ's expense, not Leon's. Greene and Leon sharing carries would have made this team a lot better. Either way, cheering the injury of someone who put their livelihood in jeopardy is pretty low, especially for someone who is as good a person and role model as Leon. Rich,
