The Official “Wish Washington Well” Campaign
As requested by starz31 and some other readers, we are setting up this thread for you to leave your messages of support for Leon Washington after he suffered a terrible leg injury in Sunday’s game.
Please leave your messages for Leon in the comments below and
we will forward them to him at the end of the week. Please re-tweet or post this to other message boards so that we can get responses from as many Jets fans as possible.
We at thejetsblog.com would like to wish Leon all the best for a speedy recovery and can’t wait to see him back at full fitness doing what he does best in a Jets uniform next season and hopefully for the rest of his career. Our thoughts, prayers and best wishes go out to Leon and his family…

Leon,
You’re truly one of the class acts in this league and it’s a shame this had to happen to you right now. We the fans know what you mean to this team and us as a whole, and here’s hoping the front office does, too. I would wish you luck on your recovery, but for someone that works as hard as you do luck has nothing to do with it. Get well soon, and I can’t wait to see you back in action in the Green & White.
Hang it there Leon. If anyone can rehab and work their butt off to come back strong next year, it’s you. You always put the team first and the fans appreciate that. Come back strong next year and make the Jets give you that contract that we all want you to get. It’s not gonna be easy but if Willis McGahee can bounce back you can too!
Leon, get well soon. We hope your recovery goes well. I hope the front office does the right thing and pays you what you deserve so that you stay a Jet for life!

Leon,
My brand new #29 NY Titans jersey was at the cleaners getting hemmed when you got hurt. Unfortunately, it will now remind me of this past Sunday, but I hope that moment also marks the beginning of a story with a happy ending — the Super Bowl superstar who battled back from an injury.
Next year, it’s on.
A decade of dominance awaits …
Jonathan
Leon,
Get well soon, brother! Our thoughts and prayers go out to you and your family and wishes for a speedy recovery.
You are already a TRUE Jet.

You can be like the Bionic Jet now. They will rebuild your leg even stronger so you can stomp all over everyone next season..
Good luck with the recovery!
“LEEEEEOOOOONNNNNN!!!!!”
I can’t tell you how many times my wife and kids have seen me leaping off the couch on a Sunday afternoon, shouting that at the top of my lungs!
I also can’t tell you how much enjoyment I’ve gotten from watching you play football for the New York Jets, the amount of joy you’ve brought me week in and week out through your amazing abilities, hard work and dedication. You are a special player, and more importantly, from what I’ve heard and read, and special person.
One of the reasons I root for you so hard — and other visitors to thejetsblog.com can attest to what a huge fan of yours I am — is that I appreciate the choices you made, such as when you were at Florida State, and rather than participate in summer practices, decided to go home and go to work to help support your family. It landed you in the coach’s doghouse, but it shows the character and type of person you truly are. As someone who had to work his way through to pay for college and help his family out, I appreciate your efforts.
In a time in sports when many athletes can hardly be considered role models, I am proud that both my sons wear #29 jerseys.
It’s also why I will be rooting for you just as hard to come back from your injury as I do for you on Sundays.
I’d say good luck for a speedy recovery, but knowing your character, dedication and hard work, luck will have nothing to do with you getting back on the field sooner rather than later. And I eagerly look forward to that day.
Thanks again and best wishes from one of your biggest fans –
Ray
Leon,
The Jets are not the same without you, you’ll be in our prayers, and next year when you come back, you’ll be better than ever. Best wishes, and get well soon.
Get well soon Leon. I hope you are back in a Jet uniform next year back to your old self
Leon, since our days together at Florida State, I’ve loved watching every minute of your play. You are an inspiration to all of us ” little people.” All Jets fans know, we need you back at full strength. I wish you all of the best to you and your family during this trying time!
Leon,
Our thoughts and prays are will you!!! We will truely miss you on our team, as part of this Jets family!! We respect your selflessness and amazing toughness you exhibit on and off the field. Get well soon… but do not rush the recovery process… you cannot afford any setbacks and the tib/fib needs to set. We all look forwrd to seeing you in the off season…
Keep you head up high and move forward
Leon,
Feel better soon bud, hope to see you scoring touchdowns for us next year! stay a Jet for life!
#29 rocks!!!!!!!
You will be missed in Miami you make all the Dolfans gasp every time you touch the ball. Take it easy, get healthy, and enjoy your family. The Jets need you back at full strength, so they can put a Super Bowl ring on your finger.
You will really be missed on Sundays, but running around is not that far away.
With the CBA and your situation know the fans have your back. You’re a big piece of this team.
Leon you are an absolute inspiration in your character on and off the field. Your hard work and perseverance are something to behold. I hope that you have a speedy recovery and get back to 100% Leon Washington status.
You’ve got a soft spot in my heart Leon, so much that I was going to name my first born after you (which would have some mix reviews) but alas I am having a girl.
PS: Tannenbaum please pay Leon, the kid deserves a contract for all that he’s laid out for the team.
Leon,
Best wishes on a full and speedy recovery. You will always have a special place in the hearts of Jet fans.
Leon,
You’re infinitely ’small’ on the field, in open spaces and eminently ‘big’ in tight places like the Jets locker room.
Your leadership and potential are immeasurably missed. You’re injury hits home to humble a football star to a mortal man in the eyes of us fans and give each of us the opportunity to rise to your fall and support you through your rehab.
Jets fans are the best and can’t find a better veteran to where green and white. Our thoughts and prayers are with you, you’r wife and new born.
Get well soon!
Dean

Leon — I bought my #29 jersey right before the Pats game this year. I expect to wear it for many years to come. Get well quickly. Go Jets.

Leon, thanks for always giving your all, and we wish you the best for a speedy recovery. We will dedicate our Super Bowl win to you!!
Leon you are a man of great character to rival your immense talent. Here’s to hoping for a speedy recovery and a long (and well-paid) career as a Jet.
Sorry I got here late Leon, busy day. I had the same injury T.O. had in 2004 — my ankle turned so far that all my ligaments and tendons were shot, and my fibia was cracked, etc. The amount of people that came out and told me that they’d “been there” was amazing. I’m sure in your line of work they won’t be hard to find.
I know Adam Schefter said you had the same injury as T.O. but I believe that’s wrong (what else is new Adam?) — I believe yours was a break in the leg, not an extreme turn at the ankle joint. In a way, the silver lining for you is that, as you know, bones heal stronger than before, ligaments and tendons take longer.
So God speed, drink some milk, come to a game to wave hello to us fans who root hard for you guys to succeed every week, and next year, you better believe we will return the favor with a rousing ovation. I’m sure you will work hard, and it will be well deserved.
Leon,
You have been my favorite Jet since you arrived. There are few playmakers like you. Best wishes for a speedy and full recovery. Can’t wait to watch you tear it up next year.
Leon,
you quickly became my favorite Jet after seeing you play and showing what you can bring to the offense. it honestly breaks my heart to see you injured this season, and i wish you a quick and healthy recovery. God bless!
-Justin
Leon,
Hope all is well after a successful recovery. I will keep you in my thoughts as the season continues. Look forward to hearing about your progress, because I know soon enough you will be right back at it. Have a safe and healthly recovery! BE EASY!
-Greg
Get well Leon! See you next year.
Get well Leon!
I love to watch you play and will miss you the rest of this year!
You are and will always be a true Jet in my book. You have earned that already in your young career.
I look forward to seeing you play for many more years with the Jets… And YES, help the Jets win a Super Bowl (many Super Bowls).
I have been a Jet fan and season ticket holder since the 1970’s and I know in my heart that the Jets will take care of you with a new contract. Don’t worry… True Jet Players like you always get taken care of by the Jets.
I wish you the best Leon,
Joe S.
Leon – you are a class act. Loving a guy because he is on your team is one thing. Appreciating a guy for human qualities is another. I unofficially award you the Curtis Martin top bloke award from Sydney. Man I fully expect that these new Jets will be wanting to show you the love.
Thanks Andrew (ex New Yorker in Sydney)
Leon, thanks for being a great Jet! Get well and hopefully we’ll see you in green and white next year.
Leon,
As a bleeding green and white fan I am proud that you are a Jet. Get well soon so I can root for you next year!
Leon: As a long time Jet fan, season ticket holder since 1966, I want to let you know that you have been one of the most exciting performers the Green and White has ever seen. You are a class guy and will no doubt rebound from this injury. I wish you a speedy recovery.
Leon,
The fact that when you didnt get the contract you were looking for and still came out and played 100% didnt go unnoticed by us. Your the gamebreaking player weve needed for a while and you truly love the game. Get well soon and I hope to seen you on the Jets for the rest of your career. Get well soon!

Eric
J E T S JETS JETS JETS
Leon,
I loved you at Florida State and always knew you’d be a star. Hope you have a quick recovery and we all can’t wait to see you back on the field. You are the man! and we all need you and want you back.
leon,
i’ve been a huge fan of yours from day 1 and i love watching you play football. you give 110% on every play and believe me the fans really appreciate your effort.
i know you will be back and better than ever but i’m sure jet fans everywhere are taking this as a time to reflect everything you’ve done for this team over the years. i think my favorite moment was in the 4th quarter on monday night football against the fins a few years back when you took what looked like a mundane screen pass in the flat and shook two dolphin defenders that had you dead to rights and ran like 60 yards to setup the winning field goal.
get well soon leon!
jeff i (section 215)
Leon, you are the New York Jets. Tannenbaum better take care of your contract, your a true player, didn’t hold out. Speedy recovery!!!
JB
Best wishes and a speedy recovery to you from the other side of the pond.
Here’s to a great 2010 season for you in Green and White.
Leon, you are a true class act. You are the epitome of what a team player and New York Jet is supposed to be. I wish you nothing but the best and a speedy recovery.
Steve
Leon – You’re an irreplaceable piece to the Jets puzzle. Speedy recovery and get well soon dude! We need you in 2010!
Leon get well soon man. I don’t think I ever seen you take a down off so I know your gonna attack this rehab like a Champ. Ill be a fan of yours no matter what happens but I know Mr. T will do the right thing by you as you have done the right thing by us.
Get well soon!
See you in 2010,
Joe from Butler
It was sad to see you go down Leon. I hope your recovery goes well, and I can’t wait to see you get back on that field next year. All the best.
You’ve been my favorite Jet for a few years now and it’s going to be tough to win without you. I hope you get healthy quick and you get the money you deserve.
We are going to miss you like crazy Leon! Good luck with the rehab, I know you will come back better than ever. Here’s hoping that you play 10 more years for the NYJ!
Leon,
A friend of mine suffered a similar injury in May and he was running again after 3 months. The quality of medical care is encouraging for any athlete nowadays and I’m sure they’ll have you back, terrin’ it up in no time.
All the best!
Hi Leon.
Sorry about your misfortune and the team’s for losing you for the rest of the season. I have heard that your guys want you in the locker room during the rest of the season: that you actually inspire them with your presence, your personality. So that’s your job for the rest of the season–support your guys for all of us, make the difference behind the scenes, out of the lights but still igniting the hearts of your teammates, and thereby, your fans.
Simply, Simon
Keep the Faith Leon.
Looking forward to seeing you back next season at what you do best.
heal quick leon! we need you back next year
You’re a and fine player and I hope you make it back in time for the Super Bowl.
Best of luck.
I think EVERYONE SHOULD WEAR A #29 to the game this Sunday! Can we start a movement?
Leon:
Hope you get better quickly, we need you next season and beyond. All the best.
Jason
Leon,
You exemplify everything a true professional is. Just keep on doing what you do and the rest will fall into place. Looking forward to a kick ass 2011.
Leon,
You are a true class act and I hope you are rewarded for it next year and eventually retire a Jet. Get well soon and keep your head up.
Leon, I just want to give you a shout and wish you the best for a speedy recovery. I was fortunate enough to meet you in the summer of 2007 for about 5 minutes at an event, the only time I ever met a Jets player and it was a great moment for me as a fan. We’ll miss you on the field this year but know you’ll be back to your scintillating style next year.
LEON!! your the most explosive and exciting player in the NFL. we all love you and wish you a speedy and healthy recovery!!
Leon, I’m truly gonna miss watching you this season. You are one of my favorite Jets players of all time. All us Jet fans are pulling for you, and if ownership knows what they are doing, they will give you a nice contract to keep you with us for a very long time. Get better soon! See you in 2010
best wishes leon from a lifelong jets fan. we are all pulling for you and sundays will be less exciting without you. all hoping to see you in green and white next year.
Leon,
I’d say stay strong, but I know you will just from your outstanding character. You will be missed, but not forgotten this year. Can’t wait to see you slicing through defenses again next year. Management better sign you long-term. I want you to be a lifetime Jet.

Get well soon man! You will be missed.
Hopefully the front office is smart and locks you up long term.
Get healed up for next year Leon, My son and I want to see you for years to come playing for the Jets.
Leon,
I appreciate your greatness.
Feel better soon.
Leon, a player and person like yourself does not deserve this type of injury, but a player and person like yourself is the type that can come back better than you were prior to it. You’re a class act and as a Jets fan, I am blessed to be able to root for an athlete such as yourself. Good luck in your recovery!
Leon your a big part of the Jets soul so you need to let the leg heal then get back to working it out. See you again soon buddy.
Leon
We need you to get better and good luck with your recovery. Hope to see #29 next year and for many years to come. I wanna see that Number retired next to Klecko and Namath.
Good Luck
Pin
All the best to a man who has played very well for us.
Leon,
I wish you a speedy recovery, just as fast as you are. Don’t lose your faith in God and always remember:
“I can do everything through Him who gives me strength”.
Philippians 4:13
Leon hope you get better and dont lose a step man!
Here’s to hoping you get the contract you rightfully deserve.
Neon Leon, we are all behind you baby. Please stay a Jet 4 ever.
Stay strong and heal up Leon. I hope you spend the many years left in your career in the green and white. Can’t wait for you to come back and be that dynamic, game-breaker that you’ve always been, and to hit Channing Crowder so hard he folds up like a freakin garment bag!!!
Leon, I’m hoping you get well soon and get back on the field as soon as possible! And don’t worry, I know Mike Tannenbaum will take care of you and you will get the contract you deserve next year!
Leon
You a class act in every sense of the word and also one of the most exciting athletes I have ever seen, hands down. I want to personally thank you for being a truly great Jet and everything you have done for this team.
I hope you are feeling better and I can’t wait until you are back running wild next year and for years to come. We are all behind you and would love for you to be the last guy that ever wears “29″ for the NY Jets.
Keep fighting Two Nine- all the best bro
leon…
have a healthy speedy recovery bro…and after you heal completely…stretch those legs and hips out…so when you return you can rip it into every1 you face next year bro…as a JET ofcourse…peace…just my thoughts…
Leon i wish you all the best in your recovery. on sundays after our defense gives up points there’s always the excitement that you will bring the kickoff back to the house and many times you have done that in your career. unfortunately that excitement will be gone for this year but i expect you to be back next year and better than ever.
Leon:
You were, are and will be the spark that gets this team going when they need to take it into a higher gear. Be patient while healing and then take it to another level when they give you the green light.
When you come back, they won’t need fiveother guys anymore, because that is what they will need to fill the roles you played. KR, PR, Seminole, Scat Back and Half Back.
Hey Leon, get better soon man. You are by far my favorite player, so much so that I bought your jersey on Monday because I know you’re going to be a great Jet for a long time.
Leon, get well soon man your spark and talent will be sorely missed for the rest of this year. Rest up and take your time healing so you can play another 10 years in green and white, and get ready to sign that huge deal this off season !! Looking forward to seeing 29 back in action next year!
p.s. way to lay the wood on crowder on monday night! that hit was UNREAL.
Leon:
You will be missed on the field, and by us in the stands. We can’t wait for the Jets to get smart, pay you your money, and return to dominating the NFL in 2010.
- Kevin

Hey Leon, Get well soon man, we need u 4 next year!!!
Ur the man!!!!!!!
He’s always a pleasure to speak to in the locker room. I remember when I first met him he said to me “Are you the media version of me?” Acknowledging the fact that I was the shortest writer in the locker on most days and he being about my height; and I said “Well, if I can lead the league in all purpose yards, I will be able to say no one day.” He laughed and took my questions. I can say with confidence, he’ll be back better than ever next season, CBA willing.
LW!!! Yo are a serious STUD & we MISS YOU BAD. Get that busted wing fixed soon so you can start flying down the sideline again. I’m a Jet fan for over 30 years & your class & leadership make you one of my all time favorites.
Hi Leon,
If your reading this blog, then I’m sure you know your well loved by the fan base here in the NY area.

Leon – If ever there were a Jet player that all Jet fans could root for, it’d be you. Our hearts collectively broke when we saw you go down. You’re one of the most dynamic, exciting, talented, hard-working players we Jet fans have ever been blessed to root for, and we can’t wait to see you come back to play for us again, stronger than ever. Best wishes for a speedy recovery, you’re in ALL of our thoughts and prayers. Hopefully we’ll be able to make a successful season of it this year, but even if we do, it won’t be the same without you. If you never play another down of football, you are a cherished member of the tribe, and you are Unconquered. Go Nole!
Leon: Never will forget your freshman game against the gators (never capitalize the word gator). Rehab with passion. You’ll be back better than ever. As a tax accountant and investment advisor, I can’t over emphesize the importance of saving at least 10 percent of what you make. The money you put away now, will make you rich later. Best of luck with the healing process. We fans cant wait to see you back on the field in 2010. And hopefully with a new contract to keep you in Green & White… Keep us all updated with your rehab… Thanks for all of your effort…
Leon:
You might not be the biggest guy on the team, but you’re a GIANT in the minds of us JETS’ fans because of your huge heart.
Before you played a single down for the JETS, I read about how hard you had to work while in college playing at a top D-IA program, in order to help your family get by.
I was praying that the JETS would take care of you financially for your sake, and also lock you up to a big contract long-term for us fans! I will be all over the organization if they don’t do right by you.
Anyway, while this might serve to DELAY the big pay-day you deserve, I have 10000% confidence that with your heart, you will come back even better than before (if that is humanely possible), and you’ll get it some day.
I wish you and your family and your friends the best, as I’m guessing it took a great group of people around you to mold you into the great role model that you are. Aside from your ridiculous ability on the field, fans love you because you also seem like an awesome dude.
BEST OF LUCK FOR A SPEEDY RECOVERY!!!
Get well soon Leon!
Leon,
You are one classy person and will be missed. I know you will heal well and I wish you a speedy recovery.

Leon: As much as we thrill to your exploits on the field, you are also impressive with how you carry yourself off the field.
You are a true gentleman of sport. You are what defines the word: Hero.
We will carry on for a bit until your return to the field but, hopefully, you and Jinx will join your mates on the sidelines and inspire them, since you two are integral parts of this team. And they/we still need you, even if you are banged up.
See you soon!

Leon,
You’re one of the most exciting players I’ve ever watched in 30 years of following football. You’re an essential part of the Jets, and one of the bright spots in the NFL. If anyone can come back from a broken leg, I know it’s you. Best of luck and a speedy recovery. I know everything will work out for the best for you in the end.
Keep on workin’ bro. We’re all praying for you.
Leon,
We have enjoyed watching you on sundays and wish you a quick recovery…
You told Clowney to keep his head up and keep grindin so I will tell you to do the same. Your one of the best in the NFL and everyone will be questioning you next year…”will he be the same Leon….” and all that junk…you have to use that in your rehab sessions and training in the winter/spring…USE IT TO FUEL THE RETURN!!! Good luck man…we are behind ya!
Years ago a friend of mine Tyrone Moss who was a RB for the University of Miami was playing Florida state in Tally and I drove like 7 hours to see him run all over FSU and I watched the game and was disapointed because a man named Leon Washington was running game on UM and FSU ended up winning and I was angry but amazed in what I saw Mr. Washington do .. I was mad but at the same time in joy because I just became a fan … Summer passed and here comes the NFL draft … Second day of the draft i’m watching tv and my New York Jets select Leon Washington .. Man was I jumping for joy ! Happy wasn’t even the word ! I’ve watched tape on you from FSU till now and when I see u play Im my feet waiting for you to take it to the house …. Your a special talent and u have a special work ethic .. What you have done for Jets fans nobody could explain .. Your and icon and I’m glad u play for my favorite team . I hope the best for you and ur recovery and I hope you and the Jets can agree on a contract that’s more then fair on your part so you can retire a JET … My prayers are with you and I will be counting down the days until I see my idol Leon Washington step on the field … See you soon !
Hey Leon,
Hope you get well soon! Im always rooting for you and wear your jersey every sunday! youre my favorite player as ive told you before running into you at the freehold mall with your family and at Charlie Browns in Chatham. Just want to wish you a speedy recovery. You are one of my favorite noles of all time. I was there when you beat NC State in overtime. Loved it.
Thanks for being a stand up human, and a fantastic player for the Jets! You deserve better and hope this works out well for you. Your a class act and I’m proud to to put you in the same conversation as Curtis Martin.
Get well soon Leon. Can’t wait til we get you back next year. Go Jets.
You’re one of the most dynamic individuals in the NFL. Here is to a speedy recovery and the hopes that you will get your shot at being “the man” whether with the jets or another team!
Go NOLES!
Hey man I got the exact injury you received playing rugby three weeks ago. I’m already able to put some weight on it, so hang in there you’ll be fine to continue your career as the playmaker in our offense.
Leon;
You are one of my favorite Noles of all time. Charlie Ward, Warrick Dunn, Derrick Brooks, Marvin Jones, Sam Cowart, Greg Jones, T-Buck and Neon. Not to be confused with Leon! When you came to FSU, I knew your vision, quickness and strength would make you a great back. I labeled you “Brother Leon” because I thought you ran with the Lord in your heart! Sorry FSU did not know how to run the ball and basically screwed you out of first round money. I always knew you would tear it up in the NFL. I remember your elbow injury that you came back from. The good thing about a broken bone is it will heal solid over time. Once you tear a knee ligament it can be tricky. Take it easy. I know you will come back. If Cadillac Williams came back from TWO patella tendon tears, you will be better than ever.
Go Noles, go Jets and God bless
Leon,
quite simply your my hero. I know that you will come back stronger than ever to become one of the best jets to ever play the game. god bless
Good luck with your recovery, you’ll come back better than ever !
Wishing you the best. Heal quickly and come back strong.
Get well quickly. You have yet to reach your peak. I will enjoy watching you for years. Big ups from South Florida
You’re a great player and a class act. Best of luck towards a speedy recovery.

From one J-ville native and FSU alumni to another…..stick to the rehab and I look forward to seeing you back on the gridiron. Thanks for representing FSU in the league. Your hard work is paying off!

You may be a Jet(I;m a Dolphin fan), but you’ll always be a Seminole! Get well! You are a stud and a great example of what Seminoles strive to be.
Get Well Leon from an FSU Seminole Fan!
I am also a Patriot fan, so I naturally don’t like the jets, but I root hard for you. Get better soon. Go Noles & Go Pats!
Ni Zhen Bang (Chinese for you’re great)!

Get well soon Leon
Go Noles >>=====;;;;>>
All the best, Leon. Heal fast and get back to the field as soon as possible. Won’t be the same until you return.
Leon,
I’ve been watching the Jets my entire life, players have come and gone, good ones and bad ones, but I have never been this upset about one of my players going down. You are a true inspiration. All of my brothers wear your jersey as they chant your name while you take kickoffs at the meadowlands. My mother screams your name during games, hoping that you will hear her. You are extremely important to all of us.
My best friend is a die hard Florida State fan, and the day the Jets drafted you he called me right away to tell me what a special player the Jets just got. From that day on you have done nothing but impress me, not only by what you do on the field, but also by the way you carry yourself off the field. I truly hope you read all of these posts so you can see how much Jet fans love you and care about you, and so you know what type of an impact you have on the fans. This is my 3rd time posting, but I cant tell you enough how much we care about you and how we’re all pulling for you to recover from this minor setback. The Jets could never be the same without you and I cant wait to see you back out there. Best of luck Leon, we’re all rooting for you.
-Mike from Long Island
Gonna miss watching #29 tearing it up every week…. Please get well soon you will be missed
Leon…all the best. Need you back. You are truly one of the smartest guys to play this game.
Leon,
Get well soon. As a Nole fan I am so proud of your accomplishments with the Jets. Your heroics have been many, but the one that stands out in my mind was when the Noles were in Syracuse and on the brink of being upset when you took the game on your back and almost single-handedly led us to victory. Thanks!
Leon,
Buddy! How we miss you at FSU! Still remember you bringing us back all by yourself when we couldn’t get it going against Syracuse. We love watching you in the NFL and can’t wait for you to get back out there. Get well soon!

Dear Leon,
Best wishes for a speedy recovery. You have been in my thoughts and prayers. I’ve been following the Seminoles since 1974 and you have always been a bright shining light. Thank you for being a class act on and off the field. The City of Jacksonville and Seminole Nation love you and are so proud of you. One of my favorite memories was you running against West Virginia in the Gator Bowl – what a homecoming! Get well soon.
Sincerely,
Deb Billard
Get well soon Leon, prayers out to you and your family.
Go Noles
I’ve had a blast watching you for a long time, including how you ran wild over West Virginia in the Gator Bowl, and on into the NFL.
Proud to have gone to the same university as you, my friend! Get well soon, and GO NOLES!
Hang in there, Leon! You’ll come back better than ever, and that’s saying a lot.
Maybe when you’re up to it you can come down to Tallahassee and let this year’s RBs get a thrill from hanging around with (and maybe get some tips from) a big-time NFL player!
You’ll always be part of the FSU family, and a great one!
Leon,
Get Well, Nole!
Get well Leon and keep your head up. Your the man!
GO NOLES!
Get well ASAP Leon! Nole Nation is praying for you!!!
