I have to agree with Feagles here. I always feel that when a punt goes out of bounds, the refs tend to “punish” the punter by placing the ball poorly. Rarely have I felt like the ref stops in the proper place. I’ve always just figured the perspective must be much different because I am watching on television. Apparently not.
