For all the hype the Wildcat got against us, it was Henne's passing that beat us. He went 20-26 for 240 yards and two TDs. I'm more worried about shutting down the passing than I am the running game.

If we can shut down Henne we'll win regardless of what the single wing offense does.

I think today we are going to see alot of players on defense step it up big time in the absence of jenkins...look for tight discipline and gap control. this will be a game of finesse and if the jets can control the LOS then i like our chances with pace and thomas on the outside - like bush said "we're gonna smoke em outta their holes" !!

WOJF, Brad Smith has a 10.8 yds rushing avg. this year (5 youches) and 6.7 yds lifetime in his 50 or so limited touches in 4 seasons. He may not be a great receiver yet, but he can be effectively used in the right situations. That is on the coaches do so. Be patient, he was a QB and is still learning and honing his WR skills.

Chris, it does seem like overkill but Clemens will be gone next year and they like the other two so guess they dont want to have to look for a QB in the offseason.

20+. Will run it until the Jets stop it, and so far they have not come close to doing so.

This is not a gimmick for this team, it is essentially their base offense. Reading the MIA papers, the coaches totally regret going away from it last week, so it only makes sense they will run it all day today.

As for the "Jets" Seminole, it should be retired. It was not very successful to begin with and without Leon it simply makes no sense and is completely unecessary they way the running game is firing on all cylinders right now.

Brad Smith sucks on offense (800 total yards from scrimmage lifetime) and would be cut if not for his great special team ability. He scares no one, his skills have not translated to the NFL.

He has done nothing to warrant additional reps and should be buried on the depth chart now that Clowney has proven to be a capable every day receiver.

+20. Easy. Why wouldn't they? They ran all over them last time. Respect is earned. And the JETS are bi-z-not-ches from Miami's POV. So... finger's crossed, but not banking on nothin'.

Over. We couldn't stop the cat the last time, so my guess is that Miami makes us stop it by running it over and over again.

As for the Seminole, I agree with greg: Brad Smith is our best weapon in that formation. Would love to see a double reverse to Brad with the option to pass deep to the Clown, or Woodhead underneath, while Braylon & JCo draw away all the coverage.

I think the Dolphins will run the wildcat 20 times, if the Jets don't stop them. They did not impress with their run defense against the Raiders, so I think they will struggle against the Fish on Sunday. I also think they will stay on the field longer than anybody would like, but play better than their last meeting and force a couple of turnovers/get a couple of sacks.
