Its was just hanging there… Nothing else in sight but grey hallways in the new stadium a bubbling Manual and a Mark Sanchez jersey. it was hilarious….
I mean if it was inthe locker room that one thing but just outside in the hallway. Classic!

The sign to the room the jersey is hanging in behind the window says something about Visitors Clubhouse. Perhaps Charlie was being interviewed outside the Locker Room (since the sad, defeated and likely cyring Phillies probably didnt want cameras in their locker room) and in front of the Visitors Clubhouse Manager.
Each MLB team usually has a fullt-ime home and visitor clubhouse manager.
