On getting back to work after the bye week…

I was watching the games yesterday sitting at home and watching everyone play, you realize that you still have a lot of season left. You realize that with the kind of team we have, we can play with anybody in this league. I was just anxious to get back to work today. You could tell that everybody was anxious to get back out there energy-wise. We were focused on everything we needed to do. It felt good to be out there today.

On what has to be done to assure breakdowns don’t happen in the second half…

You have to know what is at stake every game, all 16 games. Right now we are 4-4. This is a tough conference. You had New England go 11-5 last season and not make it. Just know the type of team we have and the guys we have in this locker room. If we lock in and focus in on every game, we’re going to give ourselves a good shot to win.
