I hope the Jets get to draft Nick Toon. Who wouldn't think that's cool. They only thing keeping Al Toon and Wesley Walker out of Canton was their health. While Al Toon may not have been Jerry Rice, he was more often than not the best receiver on the field he played on. Wesley Walker put up amazing numbers. He averaged almost 19 yards a catch for his career? That's incredible, and not to mention he was legally blind in one eye. What a duo they were.

It seems the malcontent is present this morning.

By the why, I think the Panthers fans/writers should stop counting their chickens until they're hatched.

Fonzie,

Just like Mangini buried him on the bench last year and had him make zero progress in his rookie season? By all means, take him, Eric.

Lebs, as usual, does not get it.

The point on Kerry is not that he is having a bad season, he is just not as good as Lebs, his media buddies, Kerry and his agent make him out to be.

He is a solid player having a solid season, nothing wrong with that if he had not been put forth as the next Ed Reed all winter by his media apologists.

Lebs, and his friends raised the bar on Kerry, not us, now they are defending the guy as if those high expectations never existed.

The jets are wrong about Gholston and Rich Cimni your article only bashes Vernon and creates an unfavorable picture for this guy. He is not baggage and I hope Mangini does pick him up in the future and turns him into a productive player. I know Mangini will get the best out of him.

Ugh that article about how much the local teams suck this year is right on point.
At least the jets are coming off the bye with a chance to rectify the season with a soft schedule. Other than the Jets and Giants who have a CHANCE (not sure shot) at some success (not a super bowl for sure), this whole tri state area sports scene stinks. Except for the Yankees. Of whom im not a fan.
