On goals for the second half of the season…
We just want to win. We have goals for each game, but at the end of the day all it amounts to is winning by any means necessary. We’re going to go out there and get the job done. We feel like we can do that and that’s what we will do.
On playing with Jerricho Cotchery on the field…That’s going to be fun again. It was fun last week being out there with Jerricho (Cotchery). He’s like a player-coach. Just being able to have him out there is (assuring) that I know I’ll do what I’m supposed to do and we’ll do what we do. Having him as a presence is very good. He’s a very good player. At the end of the day, we have to win no matter who is on the field.
On if there is a sense of urgency in the locker room…
We’re just having fun. This is still football and we’re still enjoying it, but guys are working hard. Guys are doing all the little things and studying. You can feel it. It is not about seeing it, you can feel it. You can feel what the guys’ intentions are, you can feel guys’ attitudes as it relates to this game and the next game, so I’m excited.
