If a team gives a player written warning that he is not fulfilling his obligations to the team it gives the team cause to not award the player with termination pay. Not saying that this happened here, but being that this "test" story leaked and the fact that he was inactive for two weeks makes me think that he and his agent were warned of this and Carroll will not receive any extra money.
