Let’s hope and pray(not literally) that Schotty gets the job in Buffalo so we can play his vanilla offense twice a year!!! That would be just perfect… I bet Rex would send a very nice letter of recomendation for him!!! Schotty has to be the weakest link!’

The media’s turning on us? That’s news to me. I just thought they were looking at a 4-5 team that’s lost five of its last six and has no conceivable hope of winning any time soon and responding accordingly.

The 3-0 Jets and today’s Jets are two completely different teams.

The only surprising thing about Jauron’s firing is that it didn’t come right before the Jets game so the Bills could have had a spark from their new coach and beat us. That’s happened quite a few times over the years.

NE – I cant remember the last time Pats dropped 2 in a row.

Carolina – doing much better, and with a power running game in the cold and a defense that can’t tackle, I like their chances. Delhomme-Smith is still a potent combo.

Bucs – played the Phins much tougher than we did. 50-50 for us to win this one

Bills – The only game I see the Jets winning this season.

Falcons – 50-50 shot, depends on how Turner’s doing.

Colts – They should be relatively healthy by then. And if they’re undefeated they still have something to play for.

Bengals – Maybe they’ll have pity on us if they’ve sewn up a spot.

Pessimistic, nah, more like realistic.

he is a good writer and I don’t mind his articles, but maybe I’m just fed up with the media turning on us now. I understand this is what happens when you have a coach who wears his emotions on his sleeve. unfortunately thats a great fit for the media but probably not for himself.

They praise him when we play well and then they bash him and blame him for when we start playing bad. Yes, he certainly deserves some blame, but I feel like it’s just grasping for a story…(i.e. sensationalism, which btw probably sums up Sportstalk radio and newspaper tabloids)
