  2. “Since my butt also bleeds for the Jets, can I get Preparation H as a sponsor, too?”

  3. In 2:25, Rex will tearfully ask the fans to do more

  4. “I’m a passionate guy, and I’m man enough to admit that I have a sinus infection.”

  8. Say what you want, but Mangina never cried.

  9. I’ll be watching tape later, so I’m just going to take these with me to my office.

  10. “They’re also useful for cleaning your slain enemies’ blood off your hands. But none of you media sharks EVER mentions that.”

  11. Billy,

    Mangini never blinked.

  12. It takes a big man to cry. A really, really big man.

  13. I think this story is being overblown. Having a coach who is passionate is better than having a robot who looks like Elroy from the Jetsons.

    Players cry all the time.

  14. And a lot of people making comments about losing for 40 years.

  15. They closed the all you can eat buffet yesterday.

  16. My balls are real sweaty, only these super soft kleenex can absorb the amounts of water the accumulate during these press conferences.

  17. @Jon Berman, thats the best one I read yet. Youre the winner in my eyes.

I personally think that this is seriously getting overblown.

  18. “These are for Ahmad Carroll.. He’s going to need em once he realizes that he needs a new career”

  19. I gotta have something to clean up with after watching videos of the 2000 Baltimore Ravens defense.

  20. Sorry about the tissues guys, Im having some bad vaginal discharge

  21. @ EpidemikE—

Thanks- I am on twitter (berms24)

  22. “They can also serve as napkins”.

  23. I love your quote Jon. I get a chubby thinking about rex at a buffet. LOL :)

  24. Kerry Rhodes loaned me this box…said they come in handy when you try and get yourself to sleep at night.

  25. Off topic, more proof that Rex as a “player’s coach” doesn’t mean that the players don’t take their job seriously (from Cannizaro in today’s NY Post):

How serious are the Jets about doing the extra things to get a win this week? According to a team source, 41 players came to the complex to work out and study on their day off Tuesday — the largest number to come in since Mike Tannenbaum took over as GM.

  26. “Now where is that jackass who bet me I couldn’t stuff 225 Kleenex tissues into the back of my throat?”

  27. Woody will need to borrow them soon if PSL sales don’t increase

  30. Now if you’ll excuse me, I need to go break down some film on this Carrie Prejean.

  31. nice find sackdance.

greg sec 130: it looks like he’s already got a few down there.

  32. yes, i meant it to imply he just completed the task

  33. hahaha, my bad

  34. @ starz31

    LOL!!!!!!

  35. Just a thought- its not like he pulled a Jim Mora and cried in front of the whole damn nation. He did it in the privacy of HIS OWN locker room. NY media is nuts man, they will take anything and go with it…

Funny stuff starz13 and greg 130 and JPM

  36. The Crying Game.

  37. As far as Ryan crying I don’t see a big deal in it, he let his passionate emotions slip as a rookie head coach in front of the media and I wouldn’t be suprised if we never see it again. As far as Myers SOJ B.S. ummm… when’s the last time we smoked N.E. at home… He kept the Saints high flying offence out of the game… we killed Miami in the 2nd game and “lost”. Look at the Jacksonville game we were doing pretty good against another starving team. As a rookie head coach I think he’s doing pretty damn good. I think his biggest mistake was thinking that he could throw Sanchez in there and do a repete of what transpired with Falco and the Ravens.

I nevered agreed with throwing Sanchez in so soon, Clemmons didn’t look to bad in his 6 games and he’s been in the system and getting tips on Pro teams for years. If anything I think Ryan should have manned up to his mistake and pulled Sanchez, At what point is very debatable but come on 6 interceptions in a game… two against jacksonville for 66 yards… Look at the losses we’ve had how do you win against teams when you throw them 7, 14, 21 points for free… The kid has something but he isn’t ready for the Pro’s yet.

With the exception of the first Miami game this defence has been playing great and pretty damn good after the Jenkins loss. The real problem has been in Sanchez’s turnover’s and if Ryan should find any fault it’s with putting the kid in to early and not pulling him and I’m not to sure he had full say in putting the kid in there, {Woody} of course that is open for debate.

    So Rex please keep on mouthing off, keep on “crying like a baby” and keep on doing what your doing because it will eventually get there. As for us fans you need to do what I’ve already done… click on autopilot and wait for Sanchez to mature. {2010}
