Life support is an understatement. What I fear most is if the Jets somehow do pull this win off, and then the Pats lose a third straight to N.O. and we beat Carolina, suddenly the media and Beningo's of the world will be saying: "we're in first place by ourselves" and "the Pats are free-falling" etc etc, and then when we finish 8-8 or a surprising 9-7 because of three tough final games, these fans will be as annoyingly disappointed as they have been the past few weeks after the 3-0. It's like starting the false hype all over again.
