Kerry is such and ass, and I believe it’s time to kick him to the curb! I say that because this game is about “team work” and this chump is all about himself!!!

Kerry is not a character guy any time wants, and he hasn’t done anything valuable in a few years!! I do not care if he made 2 INT’s last week against a bad QB…. it’s not like he picked off Tom Brady or Payton Manning!

Think about it… once a person gets use to being mediocre, that person will never become a superstar!!

  2. avatar kc. says:

we dont need any “hollywood” players on our team. Especially ones that have really done nothing! He is more worried about his “image” than ANYTHING else. Trade him ASAP and lets get some draft pics/PLAYERS.

  3. avatar Brendan says:

    JF4L,

I don’t think he is going to get used to being mediocre, because then he won’t play. Rex made that clear to him.

I kind of shed a tear reading this- so much for us finding the next Wayne Chrebet

  5. avatar JesusRevis says:

Yea lets trade Rhodes for draft picks, and then lets trade Dustin Keller for a blocking tight end, and then lets trade Cotchery for a 2nd round pick, and then lets trade our 1st round pick for Doug Jolley, and then lets trade Darrelle Revis for a safety to replace Rhodes, and then lets trade Sanchez for Chad Pennington, and then we should fire Rex and hire Cowher.

    Enough already

  6. avatar ronnie says:

“The reason Girardi was brought in to Jets practice was because Sanchez will be throwing on 3 days rest” (from the great Steve Somers)

  7. avatar Brendan says:

hahahaha Somers is the best. Love tuning in for his show.

  8. avatar JesusRevis says:

Great article on revis for you fantasy football fans out there.

  9. avatar mole57 says:

So much for his promise to stop tweeting. (Or did I just imagine that he promised that.)

  10. avatar Ryan says:

well said JesusRevis trades very rarely happen in the NFl and some of these people want the Jets to trade everyone who has a bad game. Anyway that Kerry Rhodes tweet didnt come today or yesterday it was the day he was benched, not saying I agree with what he said but he was probably pissed at the moment and he clearly feels differently now.

  11. avatar Fire Tannenbaum (WOJF) says:

Is there any way to verify tweets before blogging and commenting on them?

So many of these have proven to be false it is absurd to get all worked up over them.

That written, Kerry really seems to have a twitter addiction which is effecting his career at this point. Has there ever been a twitter intervention?

  12. avatar kc. says:

jesusrevis, relax. who said trade all those players???

  13. avatar kc. says:

altho the Rex for Cowher idea isnt all bad! (kidding)

  14. avatar James says:

Ryan brings up a good point. Either way, suggesting that he wouldn’t mind a trade is unacceptable.

  15. avatar JesusRevis says:

    kc,

YOU just said we should trade Rhodes, and jets fans in general are very impatient and want to sell the farm every time a chicken doesnt lay an egg. It gets overwhelming listening to it and it begins to get annoying. And people wonder why we’re referred to as the “Same Old Jets”, because we have the same old shi++y fans

  16. avatar jcjets says:

Kerry is a good player, but we have somewhat depleted our draft acquiring guys like Edwards, and Sanchez. And if Smith continues to play well, I think trading him if he’s not playing well in Rex’s system is a good idea.

  17. avatar Mr. Pick Six says:

man do i hate kerry rhodes, man would gene not mind that !
