If you had told me that we would be first in total defense and first in rushing offense at this point in the season, I would have guaranteed a record better than 6-6.
There have been many worse seasons as a Jets fan, but I can’t recall a more frustrating one that this one.
If you had told me we would be first in total defense and first in rushing offense with a 6-6 record going in to the season with a rookie QB (that only had 1 year of college experience I might add) and a rookie HC, as well as all the other roster changes, I’d gladly take it. The Jets will be relevant for at least a few years with Sanchez at QB and Ryan at the helm.
Speaking of Gholston, he has 8 solo tackles on the year. Braylon has 5. This one is going to come down to the wire!
