Stuffing the Ballot Box: Day 6

We promised that we’re going to make posts, once a day, everyday until the end of voting (12/21) to badger you into stuffing the ballot box for Darrelle Revis (and Jets friends) to get them to the Pro Bowl.

Where do you go from the banal Christmas “classic” by Paul McCartney? I know, that was a low, low blow and for that, I’m sorry.

When I think of that song, I know that a well intentioned four year old with a Casio could make that same song. What makes this song sooo terrible is that McCartney — the guy who wrote some of the most amazing songs of a generation — made a song as bad as one a child could make, but then he duped some know-nothing record executives (because he’s Paul McCartney) into printing it, releasing it, and making me listen to it everytime I enter some terrible store I’d never normally go to (I’m looking at YOU A.C. Moore, Christmas Tree Shops, and Ann Taylor LOFT) in November or December.

So from there? Now we take a walk into the realm of the bizzarre.
