He has tremendous heart and character and gave the Jets everything he had, in spite of his physical limitations. Ryan's approach is more brash, aggressive and risk tolerant. I think Sanchez should be given the opportunity to develop and grow his own style within that environment, without the shadow of an all-time fan favorite - with a very different skill-set and approach - hanging over him.
