Will we Jets fans have something to be thankful for Thanksgiving? Looks like it.
The New York Jets accepted the NFL’s offer to play host to the Thanksgiving night game this year, the New York Daily News reported.
The game will kick off at 8:20 p.m. The NFL will make the announcement on Monday at the league meetings in Orlando, Fla., the newspaper said. It will also name the Jets’ opponent for the Monday night opener on Sept. 13.
With the first Monday Night Football game of the season, along with Thanksgiving, that’s at least two national games that the Jets will be part of, with potentially more to come. PFT made some conjecture.
Our guess? It’ll be Dolphins-Jets in Week One, ten years after the two teams got together on a Monday night for one of the all-time classic prime-time games.
The fact that the Jets will be hosting a Thanksgiving night game means that the Patriots will be traveling to Detroit earlier in the day. Because CBS will be televising the game hosted by the Lions, the road team must be from the AFC, and the only AFC teams playing in Ford Field this season will be the Pats and the Jets.
…
As to the Jets, the Thanksgiving night game could very well entail a return visit from the Bengals, who helped close out Giants Stadium. Other possibilities are the Packers, Vikings, Ravens, Texans, and one of the three AFC East rivals.
I know players love the bright lights, but a bunch of non-Sunday games can also upset the weekly rhythm for teams.
Not to unnecessarily stir up controversy, but you have to wonder if the Jets will have some sort of Faustian deal for these two games. You don’t get something without giving up something, and the Jets kind of got two “somethings” regardless of losing out to the Giants and the first regular season home game. With the pressure to put games abroad, will the Jets have to play a “home”game in London? Mexico City? Based on how ticket sales are going, it might not be a bad thing for the team (but it’s certainly a bad thing for you, Mr. Season- ticketholder) … we’ll just have to wait and see. No reason to get alarmed yet, but just a thought that occurred to me.

Sorry Hank, but we play the Browns on the road, so that won’t be happening. Phins are interesting though.
-
sorry…but i dont like the fact that they are playing on thanksgiving night….
means i cant go….most likely…… and also i am always exhausted at that point from turkey dinner….
the place will be rocking thats for sure…. as long as its a win i am cool….
-
I assume he means 2 of the AFC East rivals since the oats would already be playing on Thanksgiving in Detroit.
I hope its the Vikings.
-
^Pats
-
Would have loved to play the early game against a crappy Lions team but playing a shortened week at your house has a HUGE upside. And the best part about it is it affords us a 1/2 bye week entering the final stretch/month of the regular season. Those extra 3 days off that late in the season will be crucial for the Jets to lock down their first round bye and home field advantage. ;)
-
I would love to see Mangini come in Thanksgiving and Rex and the boys handing him a ROYAL A$$KICKING
-
C Low makes a good point about the 1/2 week extra rest that they’ll have. Much rather play this game at home than on the road.
-
We play the Browns on the road.
-
Im not going to get sloshed the night before than…oh how Ive waited for my Jets fix on Turkey Day!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
-
Brendan
I know I just thought Id let someone know how I felt…lol
-
Hah ok. I think it’s going to be more fun going into their house and kicking them around their own place. Hank’s head is going to explode leading up to that game.
-
I cant remember the last time I cared about a thanksgivingday game. They have been pretty bad for a longtime so this is good I can actually get excited to see it.
-
Just imagine if Mangini would put a rabbit out of Holmgens hat and beat us??? OMG Hank wouldnt know what to do with himself
-
Mangini will keep it somewhat close because he will slow the game down and let us dink and dunk down the field
If the Browns score an offensive TD in that game Ill be shocked
-
levi
The last time I cared about a Thanksgiving game I was watching Kellen Clemens get smoked by the Cowboys……Worst Thanksgiving ever!
-
I would congratulate Hank on one of Mangini’s 3 upcoming wins this year…
-
Yea Drew, that was an awful day for us.
-
Yea that was bad but the dinner was good. Hopefully it will be a different outcome this year.
-
I think we played on Thanksgiving a couple years ago. We got absolutely destroyed by the Cowboys though.
-
Brendan:
Yeah, forgot that we play the Browns in Cleveland this year.
-
Yeah, Cowboys beat the snot out of us a few years back. Was expected, but still sucked.
-
Hey Brendan/Drew:
We’ll see……We’ll seee!!
Slowly but surely, Mangini is putting toghether his own Pro-Bowl OL.
I think they led the league in rushing the last three or four games.
-
Hank,
They do have a good left side, but their right side isn’t very solid. And you’re probably right about the last 4 games since Harrison ran for 286 one game, the team ran for over 200 another game and I don’t think they were less than 160 in any of the four games. Competition wasn’t good and the teams were pretty much out of the playoffs, but still that’s improvement.
I just hope you wear your Tanny Fan Club T-shirt when we play the Browns, not the Mangini one.
-
has anyone seen the report on bleacher report about our mock draft and how stupid they are.
29. New York Jets- Golden Tate, Wide Receiver, Notre Dame
The Jets reportedly are very interested in trading for Broncos wide receiver Brandon Marshall.
This means the Jets have very little confidence in Jerricho Cotchery as the No. 2 receiver.
I wouldn’t be surprised if he is either released or traded in the next couple weeks to make room for Tate.
How can they have very little confidence in him when he made every catch imaginable in the playoffs last year. This is one of the worst reports i have ever read. period.
-
Brendan:
Very funny, very funny. I’ll wear a Tee with Manhini on the back and Tannenbaum in the front, how is that?
This way Mangini has my back, and I can keep my eyes on Tannenbaum infront!!!
-
haha Hank you are a character, but very clever. I bet your ideal day would be Jets beat the Browns in a close, tough and physical game, which is the only games the Jets tend to have now.
-
Brendan:
BTW, Mangini just signed Pashos RT Cowboys. He is a nasty mountain of a man and a great road grader. You can rest assured that Mangini will dreaft a RG.
The Browns OL WILL run on any one this year, specially with FB Vickers, he is an ABSOLUTE beast that takes pleasure in just eating “pancakes” all day long!!
-
From the totally clueless department, Bleacher Report’s Mock Draft. The pick they assign to us is nice, but check out the comment about the pick:

Yeah right!!!!! -
Hank,
Just have to adjust your post a littttttle bit
“The Browns OL WILL run on any one this year,” except the Jets with Big Jenks eating his way through O-lines. Alex Mack isn’t bad, but I see him getting used & abused by Jenks.
Pashos, isn’t bad, but I feel like he’s more of a stop-gap guy than an answer.
-
Please don’t even joke about Cleveland on Thanksgiving. Between the tryptophan from the turkey and a potential Mangini press conference I might go to sleep and never wake up.
-
JFiSF,
Baaaaahahahahahahahaha. Yeah. Cotch is the one fans don’t trust. Someone needs to just take BR’s keyboard away.
-
8:20 kickoff…that means game should end in time for me to go straight to wok after!
Now if we can get a SNF game, I may be able to request the other days off and attend the entire season!
-
Brendan:
Correction:
May not be Cowboys could be SF
-
Hank,
Sorry to burst your bubble, but teams will put 8 in the box against Cleveland and dare Delhomme to beat them. The Browns passing game is woeful and if Delhomme is placed into too many obvious passing situations, he will throw INTs. Cleveland will be improved, but you pass to score and if the Browns can’t score they’ll struggle to win.
-
there he is…..hank back in the mix!!!! Seems pretty calm today. its only a matter of time though.
The question is who will set him off???? lol
-
Hank,
He’s bounced around but has played with the Ravens, Jax, Niners last year (broke his shoulder blade in October) and now the Browns. He’s only been in the league since 2003, so that’s a lot of teams to be on in only 7 years.
-
Brendan:
Don’t be too quick to dismiss Mack. He has had a TON of practice “dancing” with Big Baby, ya know?
Soooo, Mack may actually consider that a vacation!!!
-
SD:
I don’t know but I detect a little bit of selective thinking here!!
You mean DeMan will be placed in passing situations and Franchez will not? And if they both are, are you really saying that The Rook is a better QB?
C’mon SD, really?
-
Hank,
Now I know you didn’t just go and diss my man Jenks by saying he’s the easier matchup. Mack isn’t bad, but I watched him last year a few times during our arguments over who got the better value in the Jets/Browns trades and he seemed overmatched quite often. Either way, Shaun Ellis < Kris Jenkins.
-
Hank,
I think most people would say Sanchez is better than Delhomme at this point. I’m actually surprised Mangini signed him at all, let alone to be his starter. Seneca Wallace by week 6, if you ask me.
-
Hank,
Sanchez is going to be much better than Delhomme this year. He was already better than Delhomme last year. He had a higher QB rating and 4 more TDs. That isn’t even including the playoffs. If Sanchez improves at all, it won’t even be close. Delhomme has been terrible since that playoff game a couple years ago. I think Wallace will be their starting QB. Delhomme is done.
-
Haha Brendan you read my mind.
-
Brendan:
Actually Mangini deferred the QB situation to Holmgren. He is famous for beign to QB’s what Ryan is to defenses.
I’m sure that Holmgren will help DeMan to staighten out his head somewhat!!
He is 20+ games OVER 500% in his, what, 5-6 yr career. He knows how to win!!
-
Hank,
I don’t care what you say, Delhomme is horrible, was never any good, he rode very good defenses and strong running games to that over .500 record and if it wasn’t for Steve Smith running down arm punts 10 times a year Delhomme’s numbers would be dismal. Just stop. We had a lot going for us today, but you saying Delhomme is going to be good and/or better than Sanchez is causing it to slip.
-
hank,
Get real. First the Jets D is better than Cleveland’s, so Sanchez last year didn’t have to win games with his arm…Delhomme won’t have the same luxury. Second, even if we rate Delhomme and the Matador as equal (and I don’t) the Jets have better receiving weapons that have to be respected by the secondary. Third, Delhomme’s career arc is on the way down, while Sanchez’s is on the way up and, in any event, Sanchez had a better season in 2009 than Delhomme! Fourth, the Jets running game is better than Cleveland’s and more effective because the Jets defense keeps games close thereby allowing the Jets to continue running. So, no the Matador will not be put in the same types of passing situations and you do know that the Jets spanked Delhomme’s Panthers (with a better running game and receivers than what Cleveland has) and Jake had 3 INTs, one for a TD by Revis.
-
hank/naples,
Even if Delhomme plays well next season, can you really picture the Browns throwing the ball successfully against the Jets? They don’t have any #1 receivers. Revis could shut Massaquoi down if he gave him a 10 second head start. And i’ll take my chances with Cromartie on Stuckey, Furrey, or whatever rookie wide receiver he is mached up against. I do think the Browns are moving in the right direction, I just dont think they have the talent to match up against the Jets.
-
Brendan:
I believe Mack won OL rookie of the year, didn’t he?
Not bad for a start.
And don’t switch subjects on me, slick!!! You cant really tell me that Jenkins is harder to block that Big, BIG BABY, can you?
-
Just food for thought, Holmgrens signing them not mangina, and what cleveland needs is to sign lebron to an NFL contract and put a hoop on the uprights!Go jets!
-
Dylan:
De Man, he doesn’t need a Speed burner. He’ll have the future all world slot receiver in Robiskie, plus two great, great targets in 6’5″ TE Moore, and Watson. Need I say more.
Oh yeah forgot, 6’6″ TE Standia is standing by.
-
I think the Browns are a WR and a QB away from a very solid offense. Harrison, Thomas, Mack, Massaquoi, Hillis, Cribbs, and Stuckey is a nice young core. The defense, however, is a completely different story. I only really like three players that the Browns have on defense. One is Rogers who is an absolute monster, but he is 31 years old. Another guy I like is Maiva. He is a pretty decent MLB, but is very undersized. My favorite player on the Browns is Wright. Imo he is a poor mans Darrelle Revis.
The Browns have some nice young players, but I don’t think they have nearly enough on defense to win games. I don’t really understand the Wimbley trade either. If he was on his last legs I would understand, but trading away a very good pass rusher who is still fairly young for a 3rd round pick makes no sense to me. The Browns need a very good draft this year, if they want to be competitve a couple years down the road.
-
Dylan:
Oh, OH, OHHHH I forgot to mention that Mangini also has his own Peyton (Hillis that is).
This guy is a true beast. They signed him cheap. Why in the world Tannenbaum did not get him, just don’t know.
If you haven’t seen a RB, FB, TE, and a WR wrapped all in one take a look at this:
-
hank/naples,
Come on you can’t call Robiskie a “future all world slot receiver.” The guy had 7 catches all year for a team that desperately needed quality receivers! Maybe he will be a nice player in the future, but there is no possible way for you to know that right now.
-
“You don’t get something without giving up something, and the Jets kind of got two “somethings” regardless of losing out to the Giants and the first regular season home game.”
The Jets got two scheduled national games last year in addition to the flexed Sunday night finale. Now, having gone to the AFC championship game las season, they are a bigger draw for the NFL. I don’t see how this is a “favor” the Jets have to repay.
-
hank/naples,
They traded away a guy who has a chance to be a franchise QB for Hillis! What exactly was Tanny supposed to give up? Denver only traded him cause they wanted Quinn. They weren’t just giving him away.
-
Hank,
No, Mack did not win Offensive Rookie of the Year. That went to Percy Harvin, but nice try haha.
-
Jinx woun’ t miss thanksgiving dinner . He should be out on injury reserve buy then no .
God I hope not, but thats the way things have been going
-
Tos,
I…I just don’t know why you gotta do it. And now the baby’s upset.
-
I don’t think that even Holmgren is planning on winning now. This upcoming year is about developing talent and rebuilding the team. I think 6 or 7 wins would be a very nice accomplishment for the Browns. They play in a very tough division and they have a pretty difficult schedule. There is no chance that they will be competitive this season.
-
Speaking of the Browns, they are probably still trying to trade Shaun Rogers. I think the Jets should jump all over this.
-
Dylan:
Your evaluation is pretty close. Wimbley, I believe, was several factors. Number$ and he was very opinionated in the locker room. Also was not able to absorb very well Ryans coaching ie. one dimensional player with a very limitted rushing technique.
Mangini now has Fujita and they just signed, and very high on, Trusnik and KING KONG (AKA Bernard) so Wimbley was odd $$$ man out!!
They also expect very big things from Veikunhe, and Roth to add to their 45 or so sacks last year!!
So, a word to the wise, don’t be too quick to dismiss Manginis Browns!!!
-
Brendan:
Read my post again sir!!! I said OL rookie of the year.
-
Hank, the award for OL rookie of the year does not exist!!!!
The Browns have shown no signs of being competitive or even being a respectable team. Over the last 2-3 years they have basically traded away all of their good players and prospects: Edwards, Winslow, Quinn, Wimbley, etc.
We were in the AFC Championship game last year and we are loaded with talent, and you sound like the Browns have a better team than the Jets!
-
Dylan:
What is wrong with giving them Clemens and a pick?
-
is it me or are the jets the hottest team in the leauge
-
Hank,
Roth is not good at all and Veikune has yet to play a down in the NFL. Fujita doesn’t seem like a pass rusher and he only gets 1-2 a season. Granted he was never in a 3-4 but he has always been more of a finesse LB than a pass rusher. Mangini does know how to generate a pass rush, but I don’t think it will be much better than last year.
-
Hank,
No such award exists unless you are giving it out yourself.
-
hank/naples,
I don’t think that Denver wanted Kellen Clemens. I’m sure Tanny would have gladly given him up for Hillis. Like I said, the Browns have some talent but I just don’t believe they are ready to win yet. This draft is also crucial for the team moving forward.
-
I think its hilarious how these idiot reporters that know nothing about the Jets try to act like they know what’s going on. Not happy with Cotchery? Is this guy on crack? You could put J-Co up against any #2 in the league for reliability. If anyone goes, its Braylon.
-
I knew it was just a matter of time…
Hey Hank, sometimes its better to be an idiot and remain silent…than to open your mouth and reveal it to everyone
-
The funniest thing about Hank is that he is so matter of fact, “I’m right there is no two ways about it”….
Hey Hank remember during the 2nd Buffalo game when Ryan Fitzpatrick completed a long pass to Lee Evans and you said that the guy was the next great young QB in the AFC East and that he might even be better than Henne and Sanchez?
How’d that work out? Yea I thought so…
Keep telling me Tony Pashos is a book end…he’ll be out of the league by this time next year
-
tick…tick….tick…. Can you hear it? Hank is about to explode!
OL rookie of the year? The funniest thing I heard in months….lol
-
so is hank now a browns fan?
why the hell is a jet fan saying the browns are gonna beat the jets.
i’m so confused.
-
Who one the special teams ROY? or the Fullback ROY?
God damn Hank you are a classic!
-
i know hank has a man crush on Mangini but to switch to being a browns fan because of a coach is pretty crazy.
This is the dude saying he used to go to Shea to watch games.
Eddie, Drew, promise me something, if I ever end up like Hank, kill me. please, put me out of my misery like i was just bitten by a zombie.
-
Yea some of this stuff is like saying
The Browns were the best rushing offense…on second down…in the 3rd quarter…in the month of Oct…on even weeks…during low tide
-
Reefer
You have to do the same for me!!!!!
-
Hank isn’t a Browns fan, he just roots for Mangini and his team. But he’s a Jets fan. My logical brain is hurting.
-

Brendan:

Being that Hank ducks me at every turn- does this make sense to anyone else
Mangini ONLY deferring to Holmgren on the QB?
The same Eric Mangini that had to beg Mike Holmgren not to send him back to coaching high school football???
I mean its ridiculous…it really is
-
Hank,
Mack wasn’t even the best rookie OL in his division! Oher was much better as the Ravens’ rookie RT.
-
Yea he may be a Jets fan but he is the strangest one Ive ever met in person, read over the internet or heard on the radio…
Ive shown buddies of mine, fans of various NFL teams, some of the stuff he has tried to pass off and I get two reactions…
utter and complete shock or uncontrollable laughter
-
Hey Brendan/Reefer/Jesus:
Relax a moment!!!
Trust me, It was voted on at some writers dinner at the end of the season. I’ll find it!!!
-
How about we just put Hank out of his misery?
-
Brendan:
And you are right again!!. Very much follow Mangini AND Pennington and want them both to do well!!
Bottom line, all in, everything on the table, Me Fonzie root for the Jets to win!!!!
I’m NOT as BLIND, HELL BENT, TWISTED, KOOLAIDE DRUNK as some of you Tanwoody worshipers!!!
Now tell me, what is wrong with that?
-
Hank I think you know that I enjoy our little exchanges. While I do get a little heated from time to time, it’s all harmless fun.
Personally, I am of the mindset that the team I root for is the only thing I root for. I don’t root for other players, coaches, GM’s, teams, cheerleaders, beer vendors (unless they’re giving me freebies) or anyone else. Just my teams. But I know this is borderline psychotic so I don’t hold everyone else to this standard. As long as you throw on the green & white come Sunday and actually care about the outcome of the game, that’s fine with me.
But Hank, honestly, where are you finding an “Offensive Lineman Rookie of The Year Award”? I googled it and it’s nowhere on the internet.
-
ramble914:
You don’t mean euthanasia? Do you?
You actually mean send me away to camp, right?
-
Brendan:
I swear to you I read it in a Cleveland Browns article. I’ll find it and all will be ok again, trust me!!!
-
I am hoping opening day is either Vikings or Pats, want one of our two toughest home games out of the way early Farve may still be rusty.
Would much prefer an easier opponent such as Buffalo on Thanksgiving night, short week and all, I guess Houston would be my next choice since they would be travelling cross country on short rest.
-
I want Miami for the opener on MNF!!!!!!!
And I hope we beat them 49-0 !!!!!!!!!!
-
hank,
Here’s a tidbit from Mike Lomabardi’s “National Football Post”:
“The Browns under Mike Holmgren are changing their approach to everything, and these changes will keep happening. Holmgren is in charge and is making his presence felt, so much that I often ask myself, “Where is Eric Mangini?” Mangini has gone from being in control of everything, from the décor of the office to just being in the office. His fate now is tied to Delhomme and Seneca Wallace.
Once the signing of Delhomme was announced, I wondered how much longer until the Browns announce the hiring of John Fox as head coach? Fox has less than a year left on his deal in Carolina, so the “Fox Watch” in Brownstown has officially begun. More on that later.”
http://www.nationalfootballpost.com/Diner-morning-news-Is-LT-too-old-for-the-Jets.html
I wouldn’t automatically dismiss Lomabardi’s comments because he was in the Browns’ FO back in the day.
-
niice too primetime games this year to remind the country of the new JET stadium
-
And the idea of a London game sounds great. The ultimate road trip. Three days in Amsterdam then take the chunnel to London. Could be fun.
-
SD99:
Thanks for the info.
But as I have stated before, many times and on this blog, do NOT believe half of what you see and nothing of what you hear, specially from the Media Sharks of which Lombardi AND Grossi are Head Sharks in the Media Cesspool!!!
I have it STRAIGHT from Holmgren’s mouth that ” this is Manginis team, built in Manginis vision and that is his (Holmgrens) and Heckerts resposibilities to get Mangini the player(s) he wants”!!!
Here is the Intro Presser with Mangini, Heckert and Holmgrten:
“It’s not like we’re going to change the system and all of a sudden we’re needing a different type of player,” Holmgren said. “He is coaching this football team and he has to let us know his vision and how he would like to set the thing up, then it’s our responsibility to get that done.”
Here is the presser, Note where Mangini sits, Holmgren on his right and Heckert on his left!!!

Jets vs. Vikes
Detroit vs NEFollowing Sunday NE vs. Jets

Mangini will be gone after the season…and someone from the Holmgren tree of coaches, an Andy Reid, Brad Childress or ex Seahawk guy will be brought in…
Holmgren is giving Mangini ONE season to prove he can do it…and another year like Mangini had last year and he is out of Cleveland and the league…my money is on the guy failing
They can put on the united front for the cameras and newspapers but Mangini is getting only enough rope to hang himself with…
Above all else, J Lerner, the OWNER, the guy who pays everyone, brought Holmgren in to be a “respected leader”…thats all I need to know, sorry Hank
-
hank/naples,
Of course Holmgren is going to publicly support Mangini. That means absolutely nothing. The Browns didn’t hire him to sit in an office smoking cigars. They hired him to make personnel DECISIONS. Yes, I’m sure he is going to take Mangini’s opinions into consideration. But there is no way Mangini has total control of that franchise. If he did, they wouldn’t have hired a “guru” in the first place.
-
“I’m NOT as BLIND, HELL BENT, TWISTED, KOOLAIDE DRUNK as some of you Tanwoody worshipers!!!
Now tell me, what is wrong with that?”
Now isnt thats calling the kettle black huh?
Funny how Hank can’t tolerate it but is the same exact way…just on the opposite end of the spectrum
JOKE
-
Dylan:
One last stab at it:
Did you read the article AND watched the video? Because NOWHERE does anyone say that Mangin “has total control of that franchise”.
Contrary to all reports and opinions Mangini was given TOTAL control by Lerner even after the “glowing” exit interview by Woody, the great “SUPPORT” bt Tannenbaum and and the “positive” reporting by the Media.Mangini not only landed on his feet after being made the scapegoat for the Farve fiasco by TanWoody, but was immediatelly re-hired with 10 times more authority and twice the salary!!!
Two things:
*Holmgren was hired to be President of the Browns, no one is denying that. However Lerner made it clear that Mangini IS untouchable!!! I’m not saying PART OWNER, but if he is going to get fired, Lerner (AKA OWNER) is the only one that can do it!!!!
* Mangini has COMPLETE control over the TEAM, PLAYERS, and COACHES, period end of sentence!!!
If not, then tell me why ALL his assistants were untouched (NOT EVEN IN A WHISPER) PLUS Holmgren hired an ADDITIONAL asistant to incorporate extra plays for the WCO?So Dylan, don’t be like the rest of the CLOSED MINDED, BLIND, HELL BENT, TWISTED, KOOLAIDE DRUNK idiot fans, and MOST Media Sharks, and believe everything you hear and read negative about Mangini!!!
Remember, EVERYONE was absolutely bet the ranch positive and the Media tripped ALL OVER their impecable “sources that Mangini would be fired by Mid-Season!! When that did not work, they all swore that Mangini would be fired Dec 31st!!! When that did not work their “Impecable” sources assured us Mangini would be fired by the new “GURU” as soon as he was hired!!
Now some thick headed ( those that remain) IDIOTS are saying he will not last one more year.
What I can assure you is that Mangini Haters in Cleveland are dropping like flies!!
They don’t drink the KOOLADIE any more, they have converted to Mangini supporters and can’t wait to use ALL the ELEVEN (11) DRAFT PICKS Mangini HAS GIFT WRAPPED THE TEAM!!!

Why did they have the meeting then???
Why did Lerner bring in Holmgren???
How do you know so much more than the rest of us, are you related to the guy???
After all the ridiculous flat out incorrect things you’ve stated about everything football- why are we supposed to believe you now?
-
Kool Aid has no “e” at the end of it…and I prefer 4C Ice Tea with regards to powdered drinks
-
Hank
One more thing-
Be a man. Refer to me by name. You are a like a teenage girl- you have a lot to say about EVERYTHING but you cant take it when it comes back. When the Jets collapsed you had a lot to say here, when they had a great year no one heard a peep from you…and Im supposed to calm down to spare your feelings? Uh-uh…nope. If the Jets had a bad year you would be on here ranting and raving on how Rex is this and Rex is that, while telling everyone how RIGHT you were…you ruined the Favre season for me and now its my turn
I dont care that you dont drink the “kool aid”, my problem is you know everything the Jets do wrong but you dont know how to fix it. You offer no insight to what goes on the field ,why things go wrong when they do or what can be improved, other than saying Tanny is a snake, Rex is an ogre and Sanchez is a clown…you bring nothing to the table of discussion. People only respond to you because your posts are SO ridiculous that its hard to believe anyone with any football knowledge can actually think the way you do…
You can call me a CLOSED MINDED, BLIND, HELL BENT, TWISTED, KOOLAIDE DRUNK idiot fans…did I get it all…but if you asked the vast majority of people who’s opinion they would take, I bet my life it’d be mine
So go ahead, duck me and continue to give out your fictitious awards, make up your own media stories about Mangini and pass them off as fact or be the overcritical, supernegative, malcontent you are…but at least be a man about it

Wouln’t it be something if it’s vs. the ‘Phins or the Cleveland Browns.
