Looks like Nick Mangold might have gotten his comeuppance yesterday for his “Lemon-Ade” trick a few weeks ago, although the comeuppance came with a trip to Cabo San Lucas. Sounds like Revis had one of those countless tropical wiffelball tournaments he ALWAYS does and he wanted to bring his boy along.

Sitting in the airport waiting on the flight 2 Cabo and I’m a little miffed that @Revis24 is doing First Take. I sure hope this isn’t a joke

Because we are supposed to be heading to Cabo together for a wiffleball tourney. RT @ESPN_FirstTake: Why the miffiness?

I’m on the plane and no sign of @Revis24. Me thinks I’ve been had. Well either way atleast I get a sweet vacation that wil be on his dime!

When @Revis24 said it was the same people that set up his pingpong tourney in Hawaii, I should I’ve been alittle bit more cautious….

Hell hath no fury like a Mangold scorned. Thank goodness I didn’t put a credit card down! Thanks for the vaca tho! @DUSTINKELLER81 @revis24

That is funny stuff. Building team chemistry during the off season.

haha I love these guys. I really do. That and the commercials from last year with the pranks make me very thankful Rex came in and gave this team some personality and freedom.

I was following Keller and Mangold on Twitter (they battle each other all day everyday) and it was getting pretty amusing. i will bet that Keller had an assist in the mangold “wiffleball” gag

Mangold is by far the leader of the prank committe and it was kind of hilarious that he was had by Revis.

Nice to see guys on the O-line joking around with DBs and TEs. All too often, clubhouses are fractured, split into groups based on position, or offense/defense. These guys all seem to genuinely like each other and get along. Seems like a good environment.

    hahahaha

    hahahahaha

    Awesome.

What nyr2k2 said is precisely why I don’t worry that the “character questionable” guys the team has added will cause havoc in the locker room. This group is tight. They have one goal. They aren’t going to let knuckleheads come in and ruin it.

Haha I watched this all unfold at work yesterday. If they are this entertaining on Twitter, imagine HBO.

This is sheer gold. I can’t wait for hardknocks now.

it was friggin great all day on Twitter-lucky Nick didn’t get a roofie put in his drink by a paid off stewardess or he might have ended up in Somalia.

Haha the Mangold and Dustin Keller battles have been pretty funny the past few days on twitter. Also Mangold always mentions his hatred for PETA which is amusing. Although I am still a little confused as to what actually transpired here. Revis told him they were going to play in a wiffleball tourney in Cabo and Mangold went to the airport and to Cabo by himself?? Thats crazy, is that really what happend? and Revis paid for it?

Dude these guys should get their own sitcom lol. Remember the commercial when Mangold put TJ’s car up for sale and posted his cell # LOL.

    Gotta love the team chemistry

Can only imagine how Hard Knocks will be….

  13. avatar JetsFan65 says:

I agree that the new faces shouldn’t mess with our team chemistry because of the guys that we already have which are the leaders and wouldn’t let that happen.

Holmes’ locker is right next to Bart Scott’s and not that far from Damien Woody’s so you know they did that to make sure he is kept in check.

I couldnt agree more…thats what people dont understand…Rex isnt all fun and games…you can be who you are as long as you bust your butt between the lines

Parcells, unlike Belichick and Mangini, was similar in that regard…he allowed LT to run rampant over Manhattan Island, McConkey to wave the towels, even originated the Gatorade bath…Parcells was a hard nose SOB with a quick wit that demanded you play hard physical football…

Watch young Parcells and Rex’s press conferences, the only difference is Rex is nice and funny, and Parcells is mean and funny…but they both let people be who they are as long as they help the cause of the football team

Who paid for Mangold’s trip to Revis Island?
