Here’s Vladimir Ducasse during workouts from about a week ago. There’s a few drills, but it’s not all that exciting.

Six Five, it’s Eric Ward for sure… his name is on the back of the helmet. Eric is also an African American too… so he’s a little darker than Ainge… See Bent’s comment.
Either way you slice it, the clip wasn’t anything ground breaking… I hope the better man wins, but most importantly I hope the winner isn’t a liability during the regular season.

in the opening scene is that pituie (or whatever his name is) he put on a few on or what? he must be imbrashing the starting DE job

I like how low Ducasse gets, when he gets into his stance. Leverage is important. When he explodes out of that stance, he can get into his opponent and blow him off the ball. Although we don’t see much in this clip, I am impressed with what I did see.

I’m pretty sure that is Aaron Kia, not Potty, although 79 is Potty’s number and Kia was given 76. Maybe they just gave him a spare jersey on that particular day, because I think it was from before he was officially signed.
Potty’s hair was short six months ago, so I don’t think it could have grown to be that long. He’s also a lot leaner than that.

Vlad can really get low in his stance, and seems to really fire out at the snap, all good things. I see a football player in him.

actually bent I saw a training camp video with potty (nice nickname) hair sticking out the back of his helment and knotted like that guy on the bengals Fanene
