Audible: Which Game Do You Go To Most?

by Bassett on June 4th, 2010 at 10:00 am

It’s going to be a long season, for sure, and it’s a long ways away, but with some of the minicamps finished, rosters beginning to take shape and teams’ identities becoming clear, we seem to have an idea of how some teams are going to shape up. So, on this lazy June Friday afternoon, what better time to posit on the upcoming 2010 schedule?

  2. avatar TOON2388 says:

@ Denver – because that is the one I am going to. Closest game to left coast.

  3. avatar Bent says:

I plan to be there for the opener at the Jumbo Slinky.

Hope to see many of you on the day!

  4. avatar Brendan says:

I will be at the Big Slink opening night as well. I have already taken off of work the next day, and have already painted our Jets Keg for the 2010 season.

  5. avatar AKA....Drew says:

    New England, Minn and Dolphins

  6. avatar GP says:

Aside from the free hookups I plan to get to some games from my season ticket holding friends, I’m gonna bust my ass to score some Vikes tix. My old roommate is a huge Vikes fan and I’d love to hit that game up with him.

  7. avatar Brendan says:

But if I had to choose, NE game. Hands down. Last year’s was the craziest crowd I ever remember seeing.

  8. avatar Doug says:

I want to go to Miami and watch the jets destroy. Miami fans are worse than New England fans, and I would want to be in the crowd to see their excuses and rants

  9. avatar Brian d says:

I’ll be at every jets home game but I can’t wait for the new England and Miami games this year

  10. avatar NamVetJet says:

Every home game at the Big Slinky and probably Cleveland away. Monday night opener I think will be very exciting.

  11. avatar JetsFan65 says:

    Vikings Game…

  12. avatar Davo says:

The Monday nighter against the Vikings, if Favre returns to them, will be amazing.

  13. avatar juunit says:

That took me a second to figure out the bye week was week 7. I like the way the end of the schedule looks though. Easier teams means an easier road to the playoffs. Although whether Pittsburgh will be an easy team or not remains to be seen… they shouldn’t be, but last year they were pretty off.

  14. avatar FD says:

    The Lombardi’s

  15. avatar iJets says:

I will be going to and looking forward to these games:

    Week 1 Monday, 09/13/10 7:00 PM Baltimore

    Week 5 Monday, 10/11/10 8:30 PM Minnesota
Week 14 Sunday, 12/12/10 TBA* Miami

  16. avatar Shane-O-Mack says:

already got my tickets to week 2…can’t wait. especially since it’s following my saturday tix for mets/braves.

  17. avatar Violent_D says:

If anbody is in need of tickets i am a season ticket holder.. Sec 143 Row 20 Seat 16 and 17… Prices depend on the game..

  18. avatar HAGS says:

    Violent D.,
I am interested…what games do you have available you aren’t using…??
I am going to the game opener…can’t wait..!!! It is a NICE stadium..and it does look like a big slinky…!!…I went to a Miami / JETS game last season and would like to see that match-up again….as well as Vikings…Can’t wait for game opener….JETS..JETS..JETS!!!

  19. avatar OMG27 says:

I would say the Monday night opener against Rex’s old team, but I wouldn’t do it without taking Tuesday off work. The NE game will be awesome, and in beautiful 75 degree weather. Can’t beat it!

Disapointing the last 2 games of the season are against two scrub teams. It was awesome going up against 2 playoff teams to finish 2009…

  20. avatar CanadianJetFan says:

    Fellow Jets Fans,
I am headed to the Denver game and would like to meet up with other TJB followers. Send me an email to materi_7@hotmail.com so we can party it up!

  21. avatar SackDance99 says:

Ravens, Pats and Dolphins. The first 2 will let us know pretty early whether the Jets are Super Bowl contenders or pretenders. The Fins game at home will either be for a sweep or to end a 4-game losing streak. With the bad blood, that game should be a war.

  22. avatar Jake Long says:

All the Jets fans should avoid the Miami game. There’s no reason to pay to see a game where you know you will be disappointed. Just trying to help :)

  23. avatar Big Papi says:

Living in South Florida, I definately want to fly out to 1st game.

  24. avatar BENTover says:

MIA week 14 is gonna be the biggest game of the season (unless the jets are 13-0, which they wont be)

  25. avatar SuperT says:

I’m sure it has already been mentioned, but DANG we got a tough schedule this year! I know the Jets have improved this offseason but other than Buffalo and Detroit EVERY team we play this year should either be a playoff team or very close to it.

  26. avatar k.c. says:

I also will be at the opening night game vs. Baltimore which should be an absolute DOGFIGHT! Great way to open the new stadium……. MINNESOTA ONLY if Farve comes back(it will still be a good game regardless)…..GREEN BAY possible Superbowl preview…..CLEVELAND just because its our team from 3 years ago……and OF COURSE NEW ENGLAND/MIAMI. GOD I CANT WAIT FOR FOOTBALL!

  27. avatar JEFFDOLFINI says:

I like the stretch of Detroit, Cleveland, Houston, and Cincy. I also like the fact that we get to finish off the season against Buffalo and Chicago. Those should be 6 wins right there, but Buffalo always seems to give us problems even when they suck.

  28. avatar JEFFDOLFINI says:

I live in Arizona, but my good friend moved to Detroit. I am flying back to see that game with him. I will be screaming and yelling for the Green and White. Go Jets!

  29. avatar E. Weeks says:

I will be at Gillette December 6

  30. avatar leon's legs says:

i will be there for the dolphins home opener on 9/26 rocking the #17 braylon jersey on the lower level… sunday night cannot wait

  31. avatar go home brady says:

NE Miami and the home opener baby!!!!!!!!

  32. avatar Lance Mehl says:

this is easy .. Miami and Miami

  33. avatar Shane L. says:

I’m hoping my friends will be down for a road trip for the home opener (I live in Tampa). Or perhaps the week 2 Pats game. I’d LOVE to be there for Miami to beat those you know whats all over the place and then punch a few of their fans but you know… lol

  34. avatar MrJetGreen says:

    @Miami…it’s a zoo…

  35. avatar kennydajet says:

Cant wait for all the games including pre season against Giants. This whole season should be a blast with the HBO hard Knocks series hyping us up. All the chatter about who will own NY. The loser Miami Dolphins. The de-throning of the Pats. Brett Farve returns to NY. Opening Monday night against the Ravens. Match ups against The Steelers and the Bears. And we even got a Thanksgiving game. WOW! I have never been this psyched for a season to start……..Its gonna be a wild ride!! And I am a season tickets holder so I will be at all the home games. J E T S JETS JETS JETS!!!!!!

  36. avatar Harvlis says:

I think Halloween against the Pack will be the toughest game of the season. By the time we play that game, Santonio should be settled in, our left guard should be comfortable, and we should be ready for a war. The Packers are a very dangerous team. If we beat them, we could go on a tear.

I love the Baltimore game but, if we lost, we could still go 15-1 and, being the first game of the season, anything could happen. That being said — I want that game badly.
