This is the Time When Kings Go to War …
One of my favorite books as a kid was Tom Clancey’s Red Storm Rising. One of the key components of the plot was that the Soviets have to figure out a way to incite war with the West, and so they stage a very elaborate ruse to fake their way into a war with NATO.
This reminds me of that … or it’s just a very self-stroking way for Patriots.com to get in on the FourSquare craze.
While watching this video, I actually considered trying to side with “The Jets Helmet Guy” and find ways to throw Patriots fans off the scent of the ring … I still am … the only problem is that this is a media campaign by the Patriots … so there’s really no way to foil it, as far as I can see. I’d love to see that sucker hit eBay before Tommy from Quincy figyahs out this wikkid noodlah!!!

Dolphins fans are way worse, those delusional Bengay infested iidiots!! They can berely fill their home stadium with fans. Yet Glauber considers them a top-3 team in the AFC with their mildcat offense.

Jets fans should inundate the Pats website and figure out the lame clues. It would be great if the winner turns out to be a Jets mole. Was Anna Chapman a Jets fan? She has some free time now.

Ahh, it wasn’t so bad. I think it’s kinda nice that we’re important enough to lampoon. Also, since the team has really led the league in reaching out to us fans the past few years, it’s kinda cool that the Patsies try to emulate us for a change.
