I don’t think the article was actually serious in suggesting that these are planted comments. I think it’s just pointing to the ridiculousness of these comments/pro-owner stances.

the judge is waiting till Monday to see if the 2 parties make a deal they are both ordered to talk Monday the 16th If they don’t expect something Tuesday .This is just me . The way its all playing out ,this makes sense.

I saw that ridiculous conspiracy that PFT is trying to launch about itself and comments on its posts backing the owners possibly coming from NFL ownership.
It’s ludicrous because
a. These guys are billionaires and have much better things to do than have people pretend to post comments for them on a website.
b. The owners clearly don’t care about the fans at this point, much less about what they might be saying in the comments of a site like PFT.
c. They would start with their own site, NFL.com, which if anyone bothered to check, seems just as critical of owners and players as PFT.
I think BB has suggested Florio is a self-promoting tool; this just confirms that.
